About The Blank Table
After a sold-out season in 2021, The Blank Table is back for the 2022 season with six dinners announced starting May-October. Founded by Chef Fred Keller and Alexandria Ott, The Blank Table is an underground dinner series that focuses on creating unlikely connections between strangers. Hospitality gurus Jillian Ziska, Ronnie Schwandt and Dallas Juanes are joining the team to elevate the guest experience this season. Each dinner will create a multi-sensory experience unlike anything else in the city.
TBT seeks to transform San Diego’s culinary culture by igniting a sense of togetherness through cuisine, cocktails, and creativity. Once the event date arrives, guests receive a text message with a map link to an obscure, unknown and off-the-beaten-path location. The evening follows with an exquisite five-course pre-fixe menu paired with either cocktails or mocktails (guest’s choice). Committed to reinvesting in the local community and native creatives, menus feature sustainable, seasonal and complex flavors while utilizing a broad range of spirits explicitly crafted for each dish.

A nationally recognized communications expert, curator + creative director of experiences, Alexandria Ott has fifteen years of executing top-level strategic communications, progressive programming and effective marketing for designers, artists, hospitality venues, entrepreneurs and more. She is a visionary, creative strategist + storyteller based in Southern California.
Born in New Orleans, raised in San Diego, Chef Fred Keller has traveled the world, working at prestigious restaurants including: Martini House in Napa Valley, Harbourside Seafood in Auckland, New Zealand, and Roka Akor in Chicago. Keller currently works on a private yacht on the west coast.
Attend A Dinner
The Blank Table is designed as a secret dinner series, meaning there's a surprise element and some of the details won't be revealed until the day of the event. Once you've purchased your ticket & saved your seat, you'll receive a text at 2 PM on the day of your dinner revealing the location with a map link to your destination. Tickets are extremely limited, so we recommend you buy them right as they become available, or snag a season pass so you are able to attend all six dinners for the 2022 season.
